My personal details keep reverting/changing on their own

Some browser ‘helper’ tools that automatically complete (auto-complete) fields on web forms.  This can cause some problems, for example on your My Account page where you can change your name, country, email, screen name, real name.

We have see this problem with some users of Norton Toolbar (anti phishing toolbar) where it highlights the changed field in green.

Your details are not really changed (as long as you don’t hit ‘save’), and you can confirm this by clicking the link ‘view my public profile’ near the page header.

The way to stop Norton from doing this is as follows (please adapt for other auto-complete toolbars):
on the Norton Toolbar, click ‘logins’, open, manage logins.  Find and select ‘do not autosubmit’.
